System Administrator I- Weekend Afternoon Shift with Security Clearance

Interviewing for a System Administrator I/Tier I Help Desk! TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance necessary! Are you ready to make a meaningful impact with a company that values your technical ambition? Join us and experience a company where your contributions truly make a difference! Friday-Monday, 12pm - 10pm Description: Respond to user inquiries via phone email, chat or ticketing systems. Log and track support requests using help desk ticketing systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to hardware, software and network connectivity.

Provide step by step guidance to users for troubleshooting common problems. Escalate complex issues to second-level support or specialized teams, via ticketing systems. Provide guidance to less experienced professionals mentoring new hires and trainees when needed. Install, configure, and update software on user devices. Asist with password resets account lockouts and access issues. Support basic printer , scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting. Help maintain inventory of IT assets. Document and report solutions and procedures for recurring issues for leadership review.

Maintain and report accurate records/tickets of support interactions and resolutions. Contribute to knowledge base articles for fellow co-workers and users to assist at arriving at self service solutions. Accurately create and submit tickets for users containing all needed information and troubleshooting steps taken. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone when dealing with users and co-workers. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Document and reply provide d updates on ticket status and possible resolutions.

Actively participate in team environment assisting co-workers when needed.

Requirements: HS or GED with 10 years of experience. OR BS and 5 years of experience. Must have Customer Service and ServiceNow Ticketing experience. ++Must already have an IAT level I certification. Must be a US citizen. Salary varies based on Years of experience: $85,500- $96,900 A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
