• Manage Pega platform infrastructure directly within the client''s private cloud ecosystem, handling environment setup, configuration, and node management.
• Monitor system health and application performance using Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and Admin Studio, ensuring optimal resource allocation in a private cloud environment.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure-level issues by analyzing server logs (Catalina, PegaRULES, Alert logs) and navigating private cloud constraints.
• Drive CI/CD processes, managing automated deployments, ruleset migrations, and branch merging using Pega Deployment Manager or integrated DevOps pipelines.
• Assist with Pega platform upgrades, patch installations, and database management tasks specific to on-premise/private cloud architecture.
• Write, configure, and maintain complex Pega rules, including Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, UI rules, and Decisioning rules.
• Develop robust, high-performing backend integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, SQL) tailored to operate securely within a private cloud network.
