<br /> &amp; <br />Sussex | London &amp; South East<br />Experienced Project Manager required for a growing main contractor specialising in permitted development and office-to-residential conversion schemes.<br />The successful candidate will initially oversee a c.50-unit conversion project in Sussex and must have previous experience delivering similar PD/conversion projects from pre-construction through to handover.<br />Requirements:<br />• Proven Project Management background<br />• Permitted Development experience essential<br />• Office-to-Residential conversion experience essential<br />• Experience delivering projects of c.50 units<br />• Strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills<br />• Candidates should ideally live within or around the M25/M23 corridor<br />Excellent opportunity to join a busy contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.<br />For a confidential discussion, please contact Adrian directly or send your CV
