Desktop Support Technician

• Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.


• Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment.


• Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook.


• Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive.


• Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working.


• Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary.


• Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.

• Hands-on desktop/PC support or deployment experience


• Windows 11 support


• iOS/iPhone support


• Device provisioning/enrollment


• Strong end-user/customer-facing support skills


• Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting


• Must work 100% onsite in Las Vegas, M F, 9 5

• Large-scale device refresh/deployment experience


• OneDrive backup/data migration


• Enterprise/corporate IT environment experience


• IT asset tagging/documentation and equipment collection experience
