Overview

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to bring product stories to life through high-quality demos, storyboards, and internal narratives. This role is focused on execution, cohesion, and speed, translating in-progress product work into clear, compelling, and visually polished experiences.

You'll work across multiple product teams to stitch together end-to-end flows, refine designs directly in Figma, and create rapid prototypes that help teams visualize and align around the story. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning rough inputs into cohesive, demo-ready experiences.

What You'll Do

1. Build and Refine Demo-Ready Experiences

  • Create polished screenshots, flows, and visual assets for demos, presentations, and internal storytelling.
  • Take rough or in-progress designs and bring them to a high-quality, demo-ready state.
  • Ensure consistency in layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity across all assets.

2. Stitch Together End-to-End Product Stories

  • Combine work from multiple teams into cohesive, easy-to-follow demo flows.
  • Translate early storyboards and partial scripts into clear visual narratives.
  • Identify gaps, missing states, or unclear transitions and help resolve them.

3. Rapidly Prototype Flows to Support Storytelling

  • Create rapid prototypes, including lightweight interactive or vibe-coded flows.
  • Use prototyping to validate pacing, transitions, and narrative clarity.
  • Balance speed and fidelity, moving quickly in early stages and refining as stories become more defined.

4. Partner Closely with Product Design Teams

  • Collaborate with designers to source screens and align on what should be shown.
  • Make targeted refinements directly in Figma to improve demo quality.
  • Work within existing design systems while adapting designs for storytelling needs.

5. Support Evolving Storyboards

  • Add and iterate on screenshots alongside scripts and talking points.
  • Help visualize flows early, even when content is incomplete.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback from working sessions.

6. Drive Consistency and Quality

  • Apply consistent visual standards across demos, including spacing, typography, cropping, and pacing.
  • Help establish lightweight templates and repeatable patterns for demo creation.
  • Ensure outputs feel cohesive, even when they are built from multiple sources.

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

  • Strong visual design craft, including layout, typography, composition, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Figma, including the ability to work directly within product UI files.
  • Ability to take rough or incomplete inputs and turn them into clean, cohesive, polished outputs.
  • Comfort with prototyping, including clickable flows and lightweight interactions, to support product storytelling.

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in visual design, production design, product design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting product demos, presentations, or storytelling-driven design work.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and within established design systems.

Ways of Working

  • Fast, scrappy, and adaptable during early stages while remaining highly detail-oriented as work progresses.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with evolving scripts, designs, and flows.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive in identifying gaps and driving clarity.
