Job Description

Job Summary
  • Seeking an experienced Network L3 professional to support and manage enterprise networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Responsible for maintaining network performance, security, availability, and operational excellence across enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity, latency, and availability issues.
  • Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Execute network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Support firewall, load balancer, NAC, ISE, and remote access solutions.
  • Collaborate with server, cloud, and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Auburn Hills, MA.
  • Ability to participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.
