ServiceNow Software Engineer IV - Amended

The ServiceNow Software Engineer IV will lead the evolution of the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) capability within the bank''s IT Service Management organization. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with strategic ownership of the UCD program, partnering with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to mature change detection capabilities, automate operational workflows, and improve governance across the enterprise. Unlike a traditional ServiceNow developer, this position requires someone who can write production-quality code while acting as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for process improvement, defining long-term strategy, and driving continuous operational maturity.
