Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead solution design and implementation initiatives for large-scale ERP projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and Dynamics NAV (Navision), strong Finance module expertise, and a proven track record delivering end-to-end implementations and ERP migrations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
• 15+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision
• Proven experience delivering 5+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong expertise in the Finance module
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 ERP migration projects from non-Business Central platforms to D365 Business Central
• Experience leading:
• Customer workshops
• Requirements-gathering sessions
• Solution design discussions
• Stakeholder meetings
• Strong experience working with stakeholders across:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Controllers
• Operations
• Experience delivering solutions for large-scale Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations using:
• REST APIs
• Web Services
• Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft
• Extensive experience across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV and Business Central
• Strong knowledge of core functional modules within NAV and Business Central

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution architecture and functional design for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define scalable solutions
• Conduct customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Lead solution design discussions with business and technical teams
• Provide strong functional expertise across Finance and other core Business Central modules
• Support ERP migration initiatives from legacy/non-BC platforms to Business Central
• Define integration approaches using REST APIs, web services, and middleware
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support testing, deployment, and overall project delivery
• Present solution recommendations and project updates to customer stakeholders
• Travel to Miami when required by the project
