The Role • Provide an exceptional shopping experience to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team in a partial capacity. • Manage all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control and merchandising. • Ensure product freshness and availability by replenishing stock, particularly for fresh produce and baked goods. • Handle customer transactions at the checkout and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties. What You'll Need • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent experience in retail or a related field. • A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to work diligently and engage in hands-on tasks. • Flexibility, strong team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
