\nIdentity Theft Protection \nWork-Life Balance & Perks \nPaid Time Off \n Pet Insurance \n Tuition & Continuing Education Reimbursement \nAs the Chaplain / Spiritual Counselor, you will:\n\n Support hospice families by providing grief counseling needs and community resource referrals.\n Facilitate visits by local clergy and pastoral counselors who can support the patient’s spiritual needs\n Document services provided and progress within the electronic medical record\n Attend Interdisciplinary Group meetings as needed to promote coordination of counseling care.\n\nSkills for Success\n\n Trained listener with exceptional ability to provide emotional sensitivity and empathy\n Deep understanding of spiritual and religious needs and local resources\n Excellent communication skills\n Demonstrated ability to work with patients, families, and community spiritual leaders of various denominations and beliefs required\n\nCompensation/Earning Potential\nWe offer team members the opportunity to build a positive future and to find the best and last job they will ever have.
