Role Overview

Software developer working on front-end application development on a React-based application.

Responsibilities

1. Designing web-based user interfaces for data-heavy financial applications.
2. Translating product requirements into intuitive user interfaces. 
3. Working with stakeholders to ensure the design choices achieve the business goals of the application and take into consideration both the short-term and long-term feature-set of the platform.

The ideal candidate can execute on the delivery of web-based UIs balancing the functional requirements with aesthetic objectives producing production-ready UIs that perform well and provide an intuitive user experience while achieving the functional business objectives of the tool.  The candidate should be curious about technology, and open to experimentation with new technologies to push the boundaries of software.

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 5 years developing web-based UIs for data-heavy applications.
2. Experience with React, Typescript, UI testing, some CI/CD experience.
3. Financial application experience a plus.
4. Experience working with large datasets a plus.
5. UI design experience a plus.
