Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre
Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis.
⭐Role: Customer Service Advisor Location: Edinburgh, Fully office based Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, Part Time (10:00 am – 2:00 pm) Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour Duration: Temporary ongoing Start Date: Immediately

the Role Working within a busy Repairs Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reporting repair issues. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurately log information, liaise with internal teams and contractors, and keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls Logging repair requests and updating internal systems Liaising with internal teams and external contractors Providing updates and resolving customer queries Supporting the team with general administrative duties What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service or call centre experience Excellent communication and listening skills Strong IT and data entry skills A professional, organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Apply Today
