Scrum Lead (Remote, CA)

Lokking for someone, who can 

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are effective, efficient, and focused on achieving sprint goals.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Communicate to leadership team on what''s going on with the team and how they can help.
• Identify inter-team dependencies, making sure they are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Identify and address impediments that hinder the team''s progress. Proactively work with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to prioritize backlog items, refine user stories, and ensure alignment with product vision and business goals.
• Track and report key Agile metrics and sprint progress. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable changes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. Ensure that everyone is informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required

• Great judgment
• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
• Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as MS Project, JIRA/Confluence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
