Senior Domain Architect - IAM

One of our East Coast clients is seeking a Senior Domain IAM Architect for a 6 contract to hire position. They're looking for a senior level identity architect who can help lead the design and governance of their enterprise IAM environment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT architecture or identity experience, ideally within healthcare
• Strong enterprise IAM architecture and governance experience
• Deep experience with at least four of the following: Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory, ServiceNow identity workflows, and SAML/OIDC
• Experience with role mining, birthright access, identity lifecycle management, and IAM platform rationalization
• Strong Workday lifecycle experience supporting employees, contractors, and non-employee providers
• Experience leading platform teams, vendors, and contracted engineering resources
• Epic security build experience is strongly preferred

Certifications:

• Microsoft SC-300, SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ, or IDPro CIDPRO certification required
• TOGAF certification required within one year of hire
• CISSP or AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred
