As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, youll be:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems
- Working on plant such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general HVAC systems
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, youll need:
- To be qualified (Level 2/3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC)
- Minimum 3 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance
- Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
