Job Description

Were looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a international technology contract near Kings Cross. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, youll be:
  • Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems
  • Working on plant such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general HVAC systems
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets


As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, youll need:

  • To be qualified (Level 2/3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC)
  • Minimum 3 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance
  • Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
