Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead / AI-ML-Data Science Consultant to provide consulting services to clients in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science.
The consultant will be responsible for understanding business and technical requirements, designing AI/ML solutions, and leading the development and implementation of scalable Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in RAG, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph, along with experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and applications.
• Develop production-ready GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise data, APIs, databases, and other systems.
• Design and implement data ingestion, retrieval, embedding, and knowledge-retrieval pipelines.
• Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, reliability, and performance.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and transition successful solutions into production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout AI/ML project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities where Generative AI and machine learning can improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and machine learning.
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Generative AI / GenAI
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with LangChain
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building AI/ML applications and solutions
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise data and applications
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval
• Strong understanding of machine learning and data science concepts
• Experience with API development and integration
