Position Overview:
Seeking a CrowdStrike Specialist to serve as the highest-level technical authority for an enterprise CrowdStrike Falcon EDR/XDR environment. The role will focus on platform architecture, multi-tenant administration, advanced threat hunting, incident response, troubleshooting, automation, and security integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and administer CrowdStrike Falcon across multi-tenant enterprise environments.
Manage CID hierarchy, RBAC, policies, host groups, sensor deployments, and platform health.
Handle complex Tier 3 endpoint incidents, zero-day threats, malware, and advanced investigations.
Perform threat hunting, endpoint containment, remediation, and live forensics using CrowdStrike RTR.
Develop custom IOAs/IOCs and tune detection and prevention policies.
Integrate CrowdStrike with SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, network security, and automation platforms.
Develop CrowdStrike Fusion workflows and API-based automation.
Create dashboards, SOPs, deployment guides, and security hardening standards.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to Tier 1/2 SOC teams.
Collaborate with vendors, security teams, IT administrators, and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon engineering, deployment, and administration at enterprise scale, preferably 10,000+ endpoints.
4+ years of Tier 3 incident response, RTR, custom IOA/IOC development, and endpoint threat hunting.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS internals.
Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
Experience with APIs, automated remediation, and security integrations.
Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, AD/Entra ID, patch management, vulnerability management, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Certification Requirement:
Must hold at least one active advanced security certification, including:

CrowdStrike CCFA, CCFR, or CCFH
CISSP, GCFA, GCIH, GSEC, CISA, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

State/local government, higher education, or large multi-tenant enterprise experience.
Experience integrating CrowdStrike APIs with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto Cortex, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, CJIS, HIPAA, or IRS Publication 1075.
