Senior Technical Project Manager

Your new role

Lead of the Oracle Fusion Implementation ensuring alignment to scope, timelines and quality outcomes.

• Key relationship lead with Chief Financial Officer
• Manage a team of finance SME's and project staff
• Define and drive future-state business processes, including requirements, design decisions, and standard vs customization trade-offs
• Oversee functional design, configuration, and testing, including validating solutions against business requirements and scenarios
• Manage cross functional dependencies in conjunction with other project leads
• Drive business readiness and adoption, supporting UAT, change impacts and transition to BAU
• Act as primary escalation point resolving design, process or stakeholder conflicts within the domain

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience delivering implementation of Oracle Fusion or transitions from Oracle EBS to Fusion
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the preparation and provision of clear, concise and practical functional advice, recommendations and solutions through effective engagement with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP functional design and implementation, including requirements definition, process design, testing and deployment within large, complex environments.
• Experience in leading, mentoring and coordinating functional teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in working with implementation partners and managing functional deliverables, governance processes and adherence to agreed standards and frameworks.
