Job Description

SuccessFactors Compensation Lead / SAP / Remote

Our client is a global water technology expert. They are looking to hire a SuccessFactors Specialist with experience using the Compensation Module on a contractual basis.

As a long term member of the HRIS team, you'll be assisting the company by playing a key supporting role for multiple global HR Technology projects. A successful candidate will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure positive employee experience while advising the HRIS team on potential process improvements.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ Full Life-cycle implementations of Compensation/SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
  • 5+ years' experience with managing Compensation, HR technology platforms, systems, analytics & processes
  • Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes, and data

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite

Daily Responsibilities
  • Responsible for SuccessFactors Compensation administration including, but not limited to: Management of forms, users, and foundation master data, maintenance and support across the module, maintain supported language translations, train users with Compensation review and audit process, release functionality reviews & testing, and reporting and analysis support.
  • Work alongside compensation leaders & subject matter experts to ensure the compensation setup and system configuration is regularly reviewed, meets internal governance and system standards and/or requirements
  • Contributes to the development of standardized compensation operational processes and procedures, guidelines, and documentation and ensures compensation governance model is being followed
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement regarding the compensation and related processes
  • Partner with compensation leaders from other departments to optimize system, simplify the end users overall training experience and drive continuous improvement
