We're looking for a creative, strategic Marketing Manager who thrives on bringing ideas to life, managing impactful campaigns, and collaborating with leaders across the University. The Role at a Glance

Reporting to the Vice President for Strategic Implementation & Engagement, the Marketing Manager leads marketing projects from concept to execution, partnering with University leaders, faculty, vendors, and community organizations to elevate Roseman's brand and advance our mission.

What You'll Do

Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, advertising, and events.

Develop compelling content that supports enrollment, patient outreach, and brand awareness.

Manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors, budgets, and campaign performance.

Partner with academic and administrative leaders to deliver strategic marketing solutions.

Plan and support recruitment, community outreach, and University events.

Use analytics to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Three to five years of progressive marketing, communications, advertising, and event management experience.

Demonstrated success managing multiple marketing projects from strategy through execution.

Strong communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or agency environments is a plus.

Salary Range: $63,000-$67,000
