The Role • Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. • Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned territory, utilizing data-driven insights and digital tools. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within primary care and neurology settings. • Gather and interpret local market trends and therapeutic area dynamics to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Effectively navigate and communicate reimbursement landscapes, collaborating with internal resources to address payer access challenges. • Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, regulatory environment, and company compliance policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven track record of success in sales, with strong closing abilities and customer engagement skills. • Demonstrated ability to learn and retain complex product information, with annual certification required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills. • Must reside within 40 miles of the assigned territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
