Solutions Director

A Solutions Director is required to drive business growth for a property and facilities management provider, developing innovative, technology-led solutions for clients across the public and private sectors.
This senior position combines solution design, strategic bidding and business development, with responsibility for securing new contracts, managing major opportunities and retaining key accounts. You'll work closely with operational, commercial and bid teams to create competitive, commercially robust solutions.
The Role
As the Solutions Director, you'll:

• Lead the design and development of integrated facilities management, property and technology-led solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities through strategic bids, tenders and consultative selling.
• Develop compelling client value propositions that differentiate services and support profitable growth.
• Manage complex tender processes, coordinating bid, operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations and strategic partnership discussions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
• Lead strategic contract renewals, supporting client retention and long-term account growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform solution development.

About You
To be successful as the Solutions Director, you'll have:

• Proven experience in business development, solution design or strategic growth within facilities management or property services.
• A strong track record of securing new business and delivering against revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex bids, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of integrated FM, property services and technology-enabled service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to developing tailored client solutions and commercial propositions.
• Experience using CRM platforms, sales analytics and Microsoft Office, with HubSpot preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities.
