AI / Agentic Engineer - MCP, .NET/Python & Azure PaaS

Location: 100% Remote
Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for insurance workflows. Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, AI agent orchestration, and secure backend services using .NET, Python, and Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS). Deliver scalable, reliable solutions across API integration, workflow automation, and enterprise data services.
Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning and tool-calling.
• Practical experience building or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Production backend development experience using .NET (C#).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agents supporting multi-step workflows, tool execution, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Build MCP-compliant tools and resources that connect AI agents to enterprise APIs, databases, and document repositories.
• Develop orchestration components for session context management, request routing, and workflow execution.
• Build secure backend services, integrations, and RESTful APIs using .NET and/or Python on Azure PaaS.
• Implement automated testing, logging, monitoring, and observability to support production reliability.
• Contribute to technical design, documentation, deployment support, and Agile sprint delivery.
