Location: Austin, TX (hybrid 3 days in the office)

JD:

• Strong experience in full-stack web application engineering
• Relevant knowledge of Apple Online Store operations and the workflows targeted for automation or streamlining
• Ability to read operational process documentation, business rules, and stakeholder requirements and translate them into software requirements
• Use of Apple''s internal Bricks (web components), Shield (authentication), and IdMS (identity) for application development and deployment
• Use of Quip for process documentation and tracking, and Radar for ticket and bug management
• Source control and code review via GitHub Enterprise; CI/CD pipelines via Rio
• Deployment and ongoing operation of applications on AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS Postgres, S3, Redis/Valkey)
• Manage high-volume, cross-departmental software deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Ability to own and operate production applications across the full SDLC — intake, design, build, deploy, ops, and
• support
• Capacity to absorb maintenance load on previously delivered Solutions while continuing to deliver new work

• Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality, high-volume software solutions designed for large-scale, complex internal
• business operations, in addition to small, targeted solutions.
• Ability to succeed in a high-volume, deadline-driven internal customer environment
