Automotive Marketing Executive

We are representing a well-established dealership in Halesowen, West Midlands, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Marketing Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor / Administrators or Sales experience within the motor trade industry to develop their career within a reputable dealership. The position offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 plus performance-based bonuses and is based on Monday to Friday hours. Part-time options may also be available.

Duties of the Automotive Marketing Executive:

• Manage and develop the dealership s online presence across social media platforms
• Monitor and enhance the online reputation of the dealership
• Create and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote products and services
• Engage with customers via social platforms to increase visibility and customer interaction
• Book test drives, arrange appointments, and follow up on leads
• Respond to customer comments and inquiries on review websites and social channels
• Provide feedback based on customer interactions and enquiries to improve dealership services
• Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing correspondence

Requirements of the Automotive Marketing Executive:

• Strong knowledge of the motor trade industry, ideally with dealership experience
• Previous sales experience within the motor trade sector
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new marketing tools and customer engagement techniques
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role within a dealership is advantageous
