This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Data Analyst, Master Data Analyst, or Data Coordinator looking to build their experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.

The Opportunity

As a Master Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and governance of key enterprise data.

You'll work closely with procurement teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams to manage material and vendor master data, improve processes, support compliance, and ensure the organisation continues to operate with trusted information.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the connection point between data, systems, and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Data Quality & Governance

• Manage the lifecycle, accuracy, and quality of material and vendor master data across SAP, Ivalua, and Master Data Management platforms.
• Perform data validation, cleansing activities, audits, and quality checks to maintain trusted enterprise data.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with internal business teams, procurement stakeholders, and category managers to resolve data issues and improve processes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for master data queries and escalations.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Support supplier onboarding activities, ensuring required certifications, compliance information, and financial details are accurately captured.
• Help maintain strong governance around vendor data and controls.

Risk, Compliance & Improvement

• Identify data risks, investigate anomalies, and support controls to prevent inaccurate or fraudulent updates.
• Contribute to process improvements and data governance initiatives.

Project Support

• Assist with system enhancements, quality assurance activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming procurement and supply chain initiatives.

About You

You're someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving the way information is managed.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience working with master data, data quality, governance, procurement data, or similar analytical environments.
• Exposure to SAP (highly regarded) and ideally procurement platforms such as Ivalua or similar MDM tools.
• Understanding of vendor, supplier, material, or supply chain data processes.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and managing data-related issues.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
