Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Business Strategist to join our team and drive growth across our chain of pizza outlets. This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase sales, optimize operations, and strengthen our competitive position in the market. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in the food & beverage or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to boost sales and revenue across all branches
- Analyze sales trends, customer data, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
- Design and execute operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with branch managers to standardize best practices across locations
- Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing and menu strategy
- Identify opportunities for new branch locations, partnerships, or delivery/takeout channel growth
- Set measurable KPIs and track performance across branches; report insights to leadership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategy execution
- Recommend technology or process improvements (POS systems, delivery platforms, inventory management) to support scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or management consulting preferably within the restaurant, QSR, or retail chain industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements in a multi-location business
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, supply chain, or franchise business models is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
