They are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge projects in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role • Develop design solutions to agreed time, cost, and quality milestones. • Manage requirements and acceptance criteria for complex systems and products. • Produce comprehensive design documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and supporting calculations. • Provide technical support for integrated performance, acceptance activities, and customer acceptance. • Support the development of estimates for scope of work and resources for bids and project planning. • Deliver technical input and engineering solutions for build activities and change management. What You'll Need • BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent qualification and CEng status or eligibility. • Demonstrable experience across the full engineering lifecycle. • In-depth understanding of Power System Architecture, Generation & Distribution, Protection, and Co-ordination. • Significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems. • Experience working within industry codes and standards in a relevant Engineering role. • Understanding of power system modelling, generators, switchgear, protection, or power electronics.
