Windows Microsoft Cyber Uplift Azure

The role

You'll work closely with the Cyber Uplift project team including system integration vendors and be responsible for design, implementation, and operational management of the Microsoft ecosystem (predominantly Windows) in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain enterprise grade Wintel
• Administer identity platform including Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Maintain system performance, availability, and patch compliance.
• Support hybrid cloud integration including on premises and Microsoft Azure

Essential skills

• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows networking administration, such as e.g. Active Directory, Entra ID, Security Groups, Group Policy
• Level 3 support and troubleshooting for Windows infrastructure.

Desirable skills

• Strong understanding of ACSC Essential 8 maturity model
• Experience implementing cybersecurity controls in a hybrid enterprise environment.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender suites including Defender for Endpoint, Identity and Office 365
