Job Description

Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC) is looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role blends hands-on development, solution design, and end-user enablement in a mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Craft, develop, and enhance enterprise SharePoint solutions (encompassing client, group, and site collections)
  • Create SharePoint-enabled applications that align with business goals and mission objectives
  • Design and sustain innovative solutions in SharePoint Online
  • Construct custom workflows, automation processes, and data exports to facilitate reporting and analytics
  • Oversee and organize site content, document libraries, lists, and permissions
  • Utilize Power Platform tools (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality
  • Convert business needs into technical solutions through prototypes and detailed specifications
  • Assist in deployments, configurations, and the ongoing administration of the platform
  • Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices
  • Engage in stakeholder meetings focusing on site content, enhancements, and governance
  • Adhere to Change and Configuration Management processes
  • Senior-level experience with SharePoint development and administration
  • Strong understanding of custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (Power BI a plus)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
  • Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
