Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale CRM implementations and business transformation initiatives. The role involves defining end-to-end CRM solution architecture, leading discovery workshops, gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, creating solution roadmaps, and providing architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales (Lead, Opportunity, Account & Contact Management, Sales Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Territory Management, Quote-to-Order, Sales Insights), Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys (Customer Segmentation, Customer Journeys, Email Marketing, Campaign & Event Management, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation, Analytics), and Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Case Management, Omnichannel Engagement, Knowledge Management, SLA Management, Self-Service Portals, Customer Service Copilot, Contact Center).

The role also requires experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder), designing low-code solutions, integrating D365 with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs, and Dataverse, as well as developing data migration and master data management strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect
  • Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Looking for a functional or techno-functional resource (not a technical candidate)
  • Must have experience with D365, CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
