Overview

Seeking a Vice President to support investment execution and portfolio management across the firm's platform. This role sits at the center of deal execution, team leadership, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deal execution from sourcing through closing
• Build financial models and oversee due diligence
• Support portfolio companies on strategy and performance improvement
• Develop relationships with intermediaries and management teams
• Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience (IB, PE, or related)
• Strong financial modeling and transaction experience
• Proven ability to manage deals and junior team members
• Bachelor's required; MBA preferred
