About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud to support the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for retail and field sales operations. In this role, you will work closely with business users and technical teams to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and help deliver successful Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and functional workshops.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional designs, and Salesforce configurations.
• Configure Consumer Goods Cloud features, including Visit Plans, Action Plans, Task Templates, Surveys, and Assessment Tasks.
• Support Agile project activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
• Help improve retail execution processes, merchandising activities, store visits, KPI tracking, and compliance.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production releases.
• Provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce functional consulting or implementation experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business processes.
• Experience configuring Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features.
• Experience working in Agile environments with user stories and backlog management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, especially for retail execution and field sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Experience working on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry projects.
• Experience participating in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
