ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seeking to hire a Product Owner role to lead the due diligence and discovery of a strategic initiative project - Online Banking language translation into Spanish.
• Partner with Localization team on content audit of Online Banking
• Define business requirements for site translation and channel experience
• Research and determine implementation approach with alignment from Business, Content and Technical teams
• Document process for content identification, review, implementation and ongoing optimization
• Work with governance partners on overall approach and approval process
• Own the project plan for Online Banking translation
