Position: Earnix Architect / Specialist (Onsite)

Location: San Antonio, TX (Relocation yes)

Duration : 6+ months

 

Job Description: 

Must‑Have Skills

10–15 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms

Strong hands-on experience with Earnix architecture for P&C pricing/rating

Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform

Deep expertise in model onboarding, production change governance, and deployment controls

Strong understanding of model lifecycle controls (versioning, approvals, audit traceability)

Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)

Strong cross-functional leadership across Pricing/Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk

Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ModelOps / MLOps patterns for model monitoring and governance

Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance

Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience

Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
