Role: Lead ETL Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Role Description

To support RDAR MRA program

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for enterprise data integration.
• Extract, transform, validate, and load data from multiple source systems.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance across data workflows.
• Collaborate with business, AI, and application teams to deliver data solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for data engineering deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or cloud-native data integration services.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON/XML, file-based integrations, and messaging platforms.
• Understanding of AI/ML data preparation requirements is a plus.
