This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation. The role combines hands-on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
• Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
• Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
• Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
• Produce clear technical documentation and handovers.
• Attend client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years' MSP experience.
• Strong Level 3 Infrastructure Engineering background.
• Experience delivering projects independently.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Confident communicating with customers.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Current Australian Driver's License.
