What will your day look like?

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and operational needs to identify opportunities for improvement

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance

• Support the design and implementation of business process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational changes

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions with business users, project teams, and leadership

• Create process flows, documentation, requirements packages, and supporting project artifacts

• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, testable, and aligned with project objectives

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery

• Assist with project planning activities, including scope management, issue tracking, risk identification, and resource coordination

• Research industry best practices and identify opportunities to improve business processes and technology utilization

• Promote user adoption and ongoing utilization of business processes and supporting systems

• Communicate project vision, progress, and requirements to stakeholders across various levels of the organization

• Perform root cause analysis and assist with problem resolution efforts

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting business and technology initiatives

• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative project environment

• Ability to translate business processes and needs into technical requirements and solutions

• Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience

• Project coordination and project management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience managing scope, requirements, risks, and stakeholder expectations

• Ability to influence decisions and gain stakeholder support for business initiatives

• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills

• Experience with business modeling and process engineering
