Mechanical Designer

• Design production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and gauges using Creo/SolidWorks.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
• Support manufacturing, process, quality, and engineering teams.
• Apply GD&T, DFM, and ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Process engineering changes (ECRs) and support prototype validation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Mechanical Design experience.
• Strong experience with Creo (preferred), SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Expertise in tooling, fixture, and jig design.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, DFM, machining, fabrication, and CAD PDM.
• Experience with CNC machining and 3D printing is a plus.
• Medical device industry experience is preferred but not required.
