Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BDC Project Manager to lead SAP transformation and implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a solid understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP analytics, and enterprise data integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BDC implementation and enhancement projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project governance, risk, issue, and change management processes.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP Business Data Cloud with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support data migration, analytics, and reporting initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and best practices.
