Position: Lead AI Security Automation Engineer

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of AI Security Automation Engineers
Design and build enterprise-scale AI platforms, intelligent agents, and security automation solutions
Develop production-grade Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks
Build secure APIs and cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, embeddings, and AI observability
Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, automation, and responsible AI practices
Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise teams to transform security operations with AI

We're Looking For
10+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years of AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI experience
Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, Bash, or PowerShell
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen
Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Vector Databases, and MLOps/LLMOps
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, and security automation
Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
