Agile Scrum Master - Sydney

AYAN InfoTech is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well-structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Sydney

Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of medium to large sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within large complex projects and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
• You will operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery.
• Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.
• Apply sound management principles and work within the organizational Delivery Frameworks.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
