RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER

As Risk Management Officer, you will support sound decision making across the bank by ensuring robust risk identification, measurement and monitoring. Your work will help safeguard the bank's resilience and enable responsible business development.

ABOUT THE JOB Your responsibilities
- Perform risk monitoring and data collection: gather and analyse risk data, track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches
- Support independent risk model validation and assist with their ongoing monitoring
- Provide risk analysis to support the bank's risk steering and management decisions
- Develop and maintain regular Risk Management reporting, including internal and regulatory reporting (e.g. ICAAP and ILAAP report, liquidity report, KRI report, scorecard monitoring)
- Contribute to strategic Risk Management documentation (Risk and Own Funds Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, etc.)
- Support the design and execution of stress testing exercises assessing the bank's resilience under adverse scenarios, ensuring capital and liquidity adequacy
- Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements
ABOUT YOU Your background, skills and personality
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance or a related field
- Minimum three years' relevant experience in a similar Risk Management role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with statistical tools and methodologies, particularly Python, R and SQL are an advantage
- Solid understanding of banking risk management and regulatory framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
