Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Floor Managers to join our team!
We're searching for candidates who can:
- Manage team members by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring a productive workflow. This may also involve scheduling shifts and providing training.
- Anticipate guest needs, field guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and work to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure the floor is clean and organized, and uphold safety standards or operational protocols.
- Address and resolve issues quickly, whether it’s an internal challenge between team members, equipment failure, or a guest concern.
- Acting as a bridge between floor staff and upper management, relay policies, updates, or feedback effectively.
- Maintain efficiency and create a positive environment for both staff and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality.
- Problem-solving skills.
