Job Description

Senior Logistikplaner | München, Germany | On-site This employer is a leading European systems house renowned for developing, manufacturing, and supporting a diverse portfolio of advanced defense systems. The Role • Plan and implement standardized logistics concepts for internal and external production and logistics sites. • Optimize warehousing, internal transport, and packaging processes. • Design and improve complex layouts and material flows, applying Lean principles for efficient logistics and production supply. • Lead or co-lead ramp-up and optimization projects, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Develop site-wide concepts for load carriers, containers, and packaging, defining solutions for single-use and reusable systems. • Proactively analyze processes and data to identify cost, productivity, quality, and delivery improvements. • Contribute to digitalization projects for optimizing logistics processes. • Prepare and present complex findings to all levels of management and staff. What You'll Need • University degree in Logistics or Business Engineering with a focus on Logistics. • Several years of proven experience in logistics planning, ideally with optimization projects in mechanical and vehicle engineering. • Expertise in value stream analysis and strong IT skills in SAP/EWM and MS Office. • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. • High level of teamwork, reliability, and independent, conscientious work ethic. • Ability to identify and independently implement optimization potentials. • Very good German and English language skills.
