Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead planning and execution of large-scale, complex technology programs within Ad Platforms. The role requires coordination across multiple engineering and business teams, proactive risk and dependency management, clear executive communication, and disciplined delivery practices across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of large, strategic, and technically complex programs.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and timelines with cross-team dependencies.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues while driving contingency planning.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive accountability across teams for deliverables and commitments.
• Coordinate software development lifecycle activities, including testing and quality assurance.
• Manage program budgets with ongoing financial tracking and reporting.
• Perform capacity planning and resource forecasting for technology teams.
• Partner with program, project, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
• Track, analyze, and report key program metrics.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain program momentum.
• Coordinate activities across technology organizations and external vendors.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team-of-teams delivery processes as needed.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years managing large-scale software development programs in a global technology organization.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Proven communication across business and technical teams.
• Expertise with Agile and/or Waterfall, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to understand technical architectures, deployment practices, and cross-system dependencies.
• Preferred: Media technology experience, Ad Tech knowledge, and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).

Education Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
