We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Online Trainer who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping aspiring SAP professionals build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver live online training sessions on SAP FI & CO modules.

Teach concepts using real-time business scenarios and implementation projects.

Conduct hands-on demonstrations, system configuration, and practical exercises.

Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and mock interview sessions.

Mentor learners in SAP implementation concepts and best practices.

Guide students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and SAP certification.

Address learner queries and provide continuous technical support.

Keep training content aligned with the latest SAP S/4HANA updates and industry trends.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO Implementation, Support, or Consulting.

Strong expertise in:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank Accounting

Cost Center Accounting

Profit Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Product Costing

COPA (Profitability Analysis)

Financial Closing Process

Experience with SAP implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience delivering online training through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.

Previous experience as an SAP Trainer or Corporate Trainer.

Experience training working professionals and fresh graduates.

Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
