As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Mortgage Processing Executives to join our Ahmedabad team and support international mortgage brokers and financial services firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion for international mortgage brokers
• Review client documentation, including income, bank statements, identification, and supporting financial documents
• Prepare and organise mortgage files for submission
• Track application progress and manage outstanding conditions
• Liaise with mortgage advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
• Maintain accurate records across mortgage systems and CRMs
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed turnaround times

What We're Looking For

• 1-5+ years of experience in mortgage processing, mortgage operations, underwriting support, or credit assessment
• Experience working with mortgage brokers, banks, lenders, or mortgage service providers
• Experience with UK, Australian, New Zealand, or US mortgage processes is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable working with mortgage software, CRM platforms, and digital document management systems

Location: Iscon Cross Road, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday
