• Provide expert product consultation to Dutch-speaking clients regarding office and printing supplies.
• Maintain detailed customer records and process orders within the company CRM system accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with the international team to refine sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and KPIs.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our international team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the consumer services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions.
