Introduction:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality code using best practices
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows
• Work collaboratively with team members to design and implement integrations with other systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data management best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and source-driven development
